Effective date: July 5, 2026 App: Fruitizy (iOS and Android) Developer: Techtory OÜ — [email protected]

Fruitizy is a casual fruit-merging game. We designed it to work without knowing who you are: there are no accounts, no sign-ins, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location.

What stays on your device

The game saves a small amount of data locally on your device only. It is never uploaded anywhere:

Deleting the app deletes all of this. "Reset Best Score" in Settings erases your best score at any time.

Anonymous gameplay analytics

To understand how Fruitizy is played and make it more fun, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics. It records anonymous gameplay events such as:

These events contain gameplay numbers — never personal information. Like any analytics SDK, Firebase also automatically collects basic technical information from the device, such as device model, operating system version, app version, coarse geography derived from your IP address, and a randomly generated app-instance identifier that is not tied to your identity. This data is processed by Google on our behalf; you can read how Google handles it in the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase's data documentation.

You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Analytics → "Share anonymous analytics." The switch takes effect immediately and the app sends nothing further.

App updates

On launch, the app may contact Expo's update service (expo.dev) to silently download bug fixes and improvements for the next time you open the game. This is a standard network request; like any web request it technically involves your IP address, which we do not store or use.
