Petzio is an offline logic puzzle game. It was designed so that we collect as little data as possible — in short: no accounts, no tracking, no selling of data, and your game progress never leaves your device.
Nothing personally identifiable. Petzio does not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone audio, or any other personal information.
Your progress — completed levels, stars, unlocked pets, selected pet, sound and haptics preferences, and play statistics — is saved locally on your device using your operating system's app storage. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. Deleting the app (or using Settings → Reset Progress) permanently removes this data. We have no copy and cannot restore it.
Petzio uses Expo Application Services (EAS Update) to deliver bug fixes and
new levels without a full store update. When the app launches, it may contact
Expo's update servers (u.expo.dev) to check for a newer version of the
game's code. This request is technical in nature and includes standard
network information (such as your IP address, handled per Expo's own privacy
policy) and app metadata (app version, platform, update channel). It does
not include your game progress or any personal identifiers created by us.
You can read Expo's privacy policy at https://expo.dev/privacy.
App stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) may also collect their own diagnostic and install statistics as described in their respective privacy policies; that collection is controlled by Apple and Google, not by us.
Petzio is a family-friendly puzzle game. Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal information from children (or anyone else) for us to process, sell, or share.
Petzio requests no sensitive device permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, or files outside its own app storage. Optional haptic feedback uses the standard system vibration capability.
A future version of Petzio may introduce optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads (e.g., via Google AdMob). If that happens, this policy will be updated before the change ships, the app-store listings will disclose the new data practices, and any applicable consent requirements (such as GDPR/ATT prompts) will be honored. Until then, no ad networks are present in the app.
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on our side — your data lives only on your device and is under your control. If you have questions about this policy or believe it is inaccurate, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
